Clean the Safari, failed

These day, I found the browser-Safari, it's 3.48GB, and after I searched, followed the solution that 'Enable the Develop → Empty Cache', and it turned to 1.4GB.

But! Today, I've checked again, it still 3.48GB, I have no idea about this.
